The Chain of Change organizes youth activists to individually and collectively strategize how to end violence by exposing its roots through the creation of media.
On September 23, 2008 Global Girls was featured on Chicago Public Radio’s “848″ program and on National Public Radio’s “All Things Considered”.
Our girls learn to use their voices and say what’s in their hearts.
The Company, which is the face of Global Girls and touring performance group, are currently performing our “Project 21-20, Not before 24″ campaign in show called “I Choose… Teen Pregnancy?” and facilitated workshops. Their previous production include “From Gross to Hope”, a HIV/AIDS awareness and promoting comprehensive sex education show and workshops.
Global Girls has joined the campaign for comprehensive sex education and reproductive rights in Illinois schools.
