About the Summit
The Chain of Change Youth Summit brought together over 100 Illinois youth to address and strategize against violence towards women and girls. The Summit included video screenings from collaborating youth groups, anti-oppression and community organizing sessions and video, audio, photo and spoken word workshops. Apply for the Leadership Committee
All applications must be submitted by midnight, November 26, 2008. The Chain of Change (COC) Leadership Committee begins with the idea that true youth authorship means young people taking leadership roles, organizing their peers, speaking out and leading the direction of anti-violence work.
